Alunan Resort offers Perhentian's only infinity pool overlooking a cliff. Guests have access to in-house marine biologists for guided snorkeling tours that follow green snorkeling practices with Emergency First Rescue trained guides. The resort operates the Alunan Coral Project, allowing guests to adopt corals, and provides water sport facilities including canoeing and stand-up paddleboarding.

Air-conditioned suites at Alunan Resort feature sea views from a private sundeck and are furnished with parquet flooring and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
